Yes. This course is purchased by individuals and has curricular value within Grand Master Mantak Chia's system. Our teacher, Jeronimo Garcia, offers these and other courses, such as TAO OF HEALING LOVE LEVEL 3 : Fusion of the Elements, and the Associate Instructor Certification, which both require this online course as a prerequisite.

May I watch the videos in any order?
No. We recommend watching the videos of this course in the right order, exactly as given in this online course. It is important to take time to do the exercises correctly and with practice. Remembering that this is a discipline and would be very beneficial to your health if followed as instructed.

Do I need to have a partner in order to do this course?
No, absolutely not. A partner is NOT required to do this course, although, of course, if you DO have a partner, you may either take it alone or with your partner. All exercises, initially are to be practiced solo anyhow. So, welcome whether you have or don't have a partner!
